Step 1: Locate and Open your LibreView Care Team invitation
Log in to your email account and look for the subject line Invitation from (name of clinic) Practice. Invitations are valid for 30 days. If your invitation has expired, contact the Practice Administrator and request they resend the invitation.
NOTE: If you have been informed that an email has been sent and you do not see it in your inbox, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder.
Step 2: Accept Invitation
Read through the invitation, confirm the invitation is from a healthcare professional you know, and click the Accept Invitation button.
Step 3: Choose an option to access LibreView
Care Team members have two options for accepting the Practice invite.
Option 1: Existing LibreView users need to log in to their Professional Account using their email address and password. Once you have logged in, you will see the invite to join the Care Team. Click Accept.
Option 2: Users who do not yet have a Professional LibreView Account need to click on the green Get Started button to create an account. You will be prompted to select your Country / Region of Residence and preferred language.
- Click Create a Professional Account
- Confirm your Country / Region of Residence
- Click Agree on the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice
- Next, follow the on-screen instructions to create your account
- Once you have successfully completed your registration and are logged in, you will see the invite to join the Care Team. Click Accept.
