The Patient Dashboard screen displays a list, along with some basic health-related information, of all the patients you have access to in your Professional LibreView Account. When you have a lot of patients, activating Conditional Flags will help you to keep track of those who may need more attention. To set your flags, click the Flag symbol and choose the criteria for your flags.

Step 1: Open your Patient Dashboard

Log in to your LibreView Account and click the Patient Dashboard icon.

Step 2: Click the Flag symbol

Click the Flag symbol in the top corner of the Dashboard

Step 3: Select the types of Flags you would like to create

Add and remove Flags by clicking the checkbox on and off.

There are five types of Flags you can select:

Usage - Creates a Flag for each patient who has not uploaded a glucose device within the time period you select.

Average Glucose - Creates a Flag for any patient with an average glucose above a measurement that you specify.

Low Glucose Events - Creates a Flag for any patient who has exceeded the number of low glucose events that you specify.

Average (Avg) Test/Day - Creates a Flag for any patient who tests their glucose less than the average number of times per day that you specify (applies to blood glucose-only devices).

Average (Avg) Scans/Day - Creates a Flag for any patient who scans less than the average number of times per day that you specify.

Step 4: Click Apply Flags

When you are done making your selections, click Apply Flags. You will now see any flagged patients appear on screen.
