Edit Patient Information

Settings

The ability to edit patient information will only be available if your patient has not yet set up a Patient LibreView Account. However, if your patient has created a Patient LibreView Account and it is linked to your Practice, only the patient will be able to edit their name, date of birth, and email, along with any other identifying information.

Step 1: Select the patient

After you upload a patient’s glucose device you will automatically be taken to the patient's Glucose History. Alternatively, you can click on a patient’s name in the Patient Dashboard or locate the patient using the Search Bar.

Step 2: Click Edit button

Navigate to the patient's Profile section. Once there, click the Edit button in the upper corner.

Step 3: Make edits

Make your edits on the Edit Patient Identity section and click Save.
