Enabling the LibreView Practice Feature

Create a Practice to create distinct groups of patients, invite other healthcare professionals as Care Team members to view the same patient data, customize your Practice ID, and create custom Practice Record fields for additional tracking purposes. To become a member of a Practice, all you need to do is enable the Practice feature from within LibreView.

Step 1: Create a Practice

Click on the Settings Menu in the top right corner and click Create a LibreView Practice.

Step 2: Review the Overview section

Read the LibreView Practice Overview page to learn about advanced Practice features and review the Terms of Use, if desired. Click Continue to create your Practice.

Step 3: Fill out your Practice information

Enter your Practice information and click Create Practice.

Note: You can add or invite exiting patients you had before creating a Practice to join your new the Practice.
