View Patient's Glucose History

Reports

LibreView gives you reports from numerous devices and allows you to review and compare patient glucose history. Whether the device was uploaded in your practice, or the patient uploaded remotely, your patients’ glucose data can be saved to view at any time.

Step 1: Log in to LibreView

Go to www.libreview.com and type in your username and password. Click the Login button to log in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Patient Dashboard

Click on the Patient Dashboard icon.

Step 3: Select the patient

Click the correct name to open that patient’s Patient Profile.

Step 4: Land on Glucose History

The Glucose History section allows you to view all available glucose history for that patient in chronological order. You can also adjust the view of the glucose history by device using the filters on the top. By default, the All Data tab within the glucose history shows all available data chronologically.

The glucose history summaries include Average Glucose and number of Hypo events with an Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) graph for the 5-95% percentiles and Days of Data, or display a Time in Range graph and average tests per day for blood glucose meters. You can adjust the time frame by clicking on the time frame drop-down. The legend for the AGP graph will display when the graph is hovered over.

Note: If the patient has multiple devices uploaded, the data displayed in the Glucose History section might be combined. Check the Data Sources within the report viewer to see the associated devices.

Note: Notes from all devices are displayed without modification. If the same note is entered on multiple devices, all instances are displayed. Data uploaded into LibreView prior to the release of version 3.0 cannot be merged.

Step 5: Generate reports

From the patient’s Glucose History section, click the Glucose Reports button to create custom reports you can print or save as PDFs.

Note: If a patient's glucose history includes a FreeStyle Libre Pro report, you can view the full report by clicking on the View Report button in the top corner of that upload's summary. FreeStyle Libre Pro may not be available in your country / region.
