How do I set up a LibreView Professional Account?
Go to the LibreView website and click Sign Up. Check the box to confirm that you are signing up for the Professional Account and then click Continue. You will be asked to complete a short registration form, accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, if applicable, complete 2-factor authentication. If you want to start uploading devices, LibreView will prompt you to install software that allows the LibreView platform to get data from your devices. Once you’ve installed the software, you will be able to start uploading devices and viewing reports.

How can I change my preferred methods for receiving the 2-factor authentication security code?
If enabled for you, and you would like to update a preferred method saved to your account, navigate to Account Settings and click the Edit link located within the 2-factor authentication section of your Profile.
Do I need to complete 2-factor authentication every time I log in to LibreView?
When you are prompted to complete 2-factor authentication, you will have the option to select “Remember Me.” Selecting “Remember Me” tells LibreView that you are using a trusted device and not to ask for a code each time you log in to LibreView. You may be remembered on multiple devices.
Note: You will be prompted to complete 2-factor authentication if you do not choose to “Remember Me,” reset your password or 2-factor authentication settings, or if you clear your browser’s cache.
Note: 2-factor authentication is not enabled for all users.
How do I download the latest version of the LibreView Device Drivers?
To use LibreView to upload data from compatible devices and create reports, you will need the latest version of the LibreView Device Drivers.

Will I need to update my LibreView Device Drivers?
New versions of the LibreView Device Drivers will be released periodically to support new functionality and improve the upload experience. It is always recommended that you have the latest version of the drivers installed. You will be prompted during the upload process when there is a new version available and how to download it. This prompt will also inform you if the update is optional or mandatory to continue to upload devices. You can always use LibreView to view your patients' data without updating your drivers.
