What is a Practice?
A Practice consists of one or more healthcare professionals who can view the same group of patients. When you have a LibreView Professional Account, your account is associated with at least one healthcare Practice (even if that Practice is just you). If you choose to invite other Care Team members to your Practice, they will be able to see the same patient reports that you see for that Practice.

What is a Practice ID and how do I find it?
Your Practice ID is a unique code you can give to patients if you would like them to share glucose data with you through LibreView. Patients can manually enter your Practice ID into their My Practices section within their LibreView Account to enable sharing. To find your Practice ID:
- Go to the Settings Menu
- Click the My Practices dropdown. Your unique Practice ID is located under the name of your Practice
Did you know that you can customize your Practice ID?
From the "My Practices" dropdown in the Settings menu:
- Select the Practice name
- In the Connect with Patients heading, click the Edit button
- Edit your Practice ID
- Click Save to ensure that your changes are retained

How do I invite patients to upload glucose data from home?
There are two main ways you can connect with your patients to view their remotely uploaded glucose data. Either you can invite patients to upload from home by clicking the Invite Patient icon in the global navigation bar, which will send them an email invitation from LibreView, or give the patient your Practice ID so they can initiate the connection.

Who should I invite to my practice?
If you would like other healthcare professionals you work with to be able to upload and view reports for the same patients, then you can invite them to join your LibreView Practice as Care Team member.
If you have patients who would like to upload remotely, you can invite them to link to your LibreView Account by clicking the Invite Patient icon on the Patient Dashboard. Once they accept your invitation and set up their own Patient LibreView Account, you will be able to see the data they upload.
